you are going in Grade 16 ..so salary package of grade 16 is 25000-30000 as these are revised in 2011...
rahi baat promotion ki to
1 year will be prohibition period
if you are on permanent basis then it will take 4 to 5 years but it could be less depending on the MOOD og authorities
if u r not permanent then think k phle permanent hona hai fir promotion mile ge

Congrats bro. What I know is that the Deputy Assistant Director gets promotion quicker than Inspector. Can't tell the exact time span yet I think its a better opportunity and you should avail it.

Bro these are old posts for Balochistan domicile only. Written test for the posts you are referring to have not been conducted and neither been announced by the FPSC.
