dear friends tell me that kiya recruitment process fair ho ga ya phir woi sifarish aur paisay deenay waloon ko select kiya jae ga aur hum sab yahan fazool mai time waste kar rahay hain .. Any body who knows the reality ...? becz aisee jobs hamesha phly c e confirm hoe hoti hain aur test mai b chakar chalta hai chahay wo nts le ya govt khud le. Selected candidates ko test k baray mai b hum sab c bohat ziada pata hota hai.. Aisa mai ne suna hai aaj. Agar kesi aur ko b aisa kuch pata ho tu plz share.

How do you know that the process is no fair?

This approach should be changed. ..Its a myth and reality is otherwise. don't bother about the people who inculcate negative things in your brain. Work hard and prove your worth in exam.

P.S. : saifur, i ask again despite you replying bcoz she's a senior member and u know it sort of adds that extra bit of credibility to the answer. not that i dont acknowledge ur response but i couldnt join the army nor the airforce bcoz of my color blindness. so want to be absolutely sure about this one. anyways, thanks for your response m8

Those who believe in their abilities do not pay heed to such rumurs. Recruiting organization is ranked as one of the best in the world and that feat is impossible to achieve if nepotism and sifarish supercedes merit. I personally know brilliant and most able individuals/forum members who were either short listed or selected after through process. And it was no co-incident that these members i.e Arif Awan, Redmax currently serving as DMG/PAS officers were shorlisted in previous induction. I personally know quite a few other high achivers too. So, brother you have a chance to prove yourself rather than resorting to lame excuses.
