For descriptive part i guess the following topics are most important
1.critically evaluate steps/decisions taken by Pakistani Government for mitigating Energy crisis.
2.Global warming a myth or Reality.
3.Arab spring(including Syria crisis).
4.The impacts of Iran and US strengthening ties on Pakistan.
5.Water Crisis/conflicts.
6.Question or Essay on Nuclear Power.
7.Dialogue the best option to combat terrorism.

Staff Grade's subjective test was a psychological type test, and outlines were given. One's job was just to expand those basic ideas in his own wording. It was similar to ISSB story writing test, where the examiner's intention was to just check the patriotism, common sense and loyalty of a candidate. So sharpen your grammar and your vocabulary should be A 1 and be prepared mentally for any kind of topic and test's pattern.

Best of luck to all AD candidates.

LHC moved against two tests on same date

LAHORE - A writ petition was filed in the Lahore High Court (LHC) on Thursday challenging the schedule of examinations announced by the National Testing Service and the Punjab Public Service Commission for various posts at public departments.
Saira Jamal, a candidate who had applied for various posts, filed a suit in the court and challenged the examination schedule announced by the NTS and the PPSC through her counsel Advocate Ch Shoaib Saleem.
The petitioner said that the ministry of defense had advertised 53 posts for assistant directors and the NTS announced the exam schedule for March 9 from 20 pm to 50 pm. Meanwhile, the PPSC also advertised 58 posts for assistant director land record (ADLR) and it also announced the same examination schedule for the said posts as was announced by the NTS – March 9 from 20 pm to 50 pm.
Being aggrieved, the petitioner submitted that thousands of candidates had applied for both the posts and the written examination schedule announced by the NTS and the PPSC fell on the same date and the same time – March 9 from 20 pm to 50 pm.
The petitioner said that It would deprive a number of students from their legal and fundamental right to appear in the both the exams, she stated, adding that all the candidates who applied for both the posts were fully eligible to sit for the exam. In case both the exams were conducted on the same day and the same time owing to which the petitioner would suffer an irreparable loss and injury to her bright future career, she stated.
