JWT is available online but only highlights are available of recent issues. If you need to read full articles, you will have to register. However, 3 month old issues can be viewed free of cost.

I tried this web site after registration: http://www.jworldtimes.com/ but they did not allow to read Jahangir's books online..

I suggest you to purchase latest issue from nearest newspaper hawker or book store, it comes handy when you read it. Don't know about registration process.
