I have got my documents attested from an officer. Now if i get my photographs
attested from a different officer, will they accept my documents?

Psychologists cant give complete personality picture without having background or bio-data of any candidate.
Now what i guess is that till 8 June Intelligence test result will be compiled and the bio-data of those people who will be declared pass the Intelligence portion, will be forwarded to psychologists for personality assessment.

What is to be written in ''date of issue'' and can one send biodata forms for AD and Inspector in the same envelope?

Date of issue is for passport.If you have passport then write otherwise leave it.

In my opinion send them separately.
