Okay that's ridiculous! They do not call people just to annoy them. MoD isn't you creepy ex. They have better things to do.

And if they have anything to settle with someone they do not give them a dumb call every month and leave them wondering who that could be. They pick up people and settle things face to face.

So stop obsessing over it, that could be anyone but MoD.

i can trace back such person its a process VOIP voice over ip . and its probably not dangerious , everyone gets this , but there may be ur friend , i can trace such things very easily .

Request your cell number call history from your network provider, they provide easily like ufone etc.

In call history there will not be "No Number" but the exact number where this call came from.

or you can register on website of your provide like ufone.com etc and register your account there, from there you can check your call history.
