AOA Seniors,

This is a query from many candidates who are not a member of this forum.

They applied for posts of TAS/Traffic analyst in MoD through NTS in January this year. Few candidates failed the written test, and remaining passed the test including one of the member of this forum ''silentsoldier''.

They did not receive call and/or call letter to appear in psychometric test,however they did receive Bio-Data form in the post directly from MoD.

Now the list for interview qualifiers is on NTS website,but none of these candidates could find their names in that list.

The main query is that; is it normal practice for MoD to filtered out candidates after the candidate have/had passed his/her written test and was not required to appear in psychometric test??

Since none of these candidates received any further intimation/call for 2nd phase after passing the written test, it seems quite absurd that what could have been the criteria to filtered them out of the process''Specially when none of them appeared in psychometric test either''??

Your humble and sincere advice/information is required and it will be a relief for many candidates who are in ambiguity since long.

It is a request to all of the seniors who can shed light on this issue with some authentic information. Thanks
