what are the job roles? Is this internship related to field work or office based?

i am waiting for my masters Result declaration , while result has been unofficially announced a week ago, & officially will announce next month, i am i eligible to apply for this program ?

I think that was a fake advertisement of Interior minitry to increase revenue by postal services.
Otherwise no one here mention anything.
