Seriously This is the worst of all the books from Jahangir till now and by the way Jahangir already had a low level of quality. Guys please refrain from buying this book. Utter Waste of Money.

Can one defer allocation to next year?

If one appears in the CSS exam, and in the end gets allocated to a group, then is it possible to defer his allocation/admission by one year? i.e. Can one start his CTP not with his own batchmates but...
