I wont comment on your top three choices. But I will suggest you to keep IRS & PCS at 4th & 5th respectively, followed by MLCG, PAAS, Railways, Postal, OMG, CTG and IG.

I would suggest you to keep IRS at second place. This group has promising future and if RGST bill becomes Act than IRS would be no less than DMG...
