Well junaid for Sindh Urban there 22 (20 merit+2 woman quota) and in Sindh Rural there are 12( 10 woman+ 2 minorities) carried over seats. The reserved seats are for those who fall in the category...

If a woman gets seat on merit but if she consume seat from woman quota according to her preference, in that case that merit seat fall in the woman quota.

For example.

There are 05 merit seats...
