a total of 10 candidates experienced security clearance .. 3 from lahore one from FATA and 1 for DD and 1 for Computer programming.

Even if forms have been sent to any reserved candidates they wont be more than 5 or 10. Having 68 selected and more than twice the seats on reserve doesnt make sense.
