for people of balochistan: extrapolation for candidates who scored more than 60 marks

my calculation: sample size 380 one center from quetta 13 have more than 60. that means 3.421 % got more than 60.

if 600 people gave the test 0.03421*600= 21 got more than 60
if 800 people gave...
