Even in army, cadets having an engineering/MBBS degree go to PMA only for 6 months. They are as capable and competent as other soldiers. So why cant an individual be well trained in MOD in 7 months...

The entire process was very slow last year....

The entire process was very slow last year. However this time round they have been fairly quick with the tests, psychometric assessment and interviews. So hopefully they will be sending out letters...
