Motivation without Talent is like a Car without Engine.
outline can be as follows,
1)Talent continues to be driving force behind earning spurs in various realms of our lives.
2) No matter how motivated a person is, yet he is bound to perish if he has no potential to stand the tests of adversity.
3)Biographies of great people reinforces that motivation single handedly cannot make difference until you have capabilities like self-reliance,will power ,confidence, nerves of steel,etc.
4) History is a prove that no nation has survived who is not abreast of traits like hardwork,time management,taking initiative,etc,but only possess motivation.
5)No doubt, motivation and talent have alot of correspondence with each other yet for manifestation of triumph you need to have both of them.Motivation without talent is not fruitful,while talent without motivation is directionless.
