Worked as Assistant Engineer in Defence Housing Authority Karachi. Was also selected as Assistant by SPSC in 2004 This is reality… this reflects the real position… It is better for health of people who r bent on calling CCE-2003 as Jalee to see the worth of these hard-working people…… Now the other side: Petition is filed by Saleem Shaikh, who is 3 time CSS failure… Why after six years of slumber he has filed this petition??? Why he did not lodge petition in 2005 when final result was declared???? Why he did not question the result of written portion, when he also passed along with sons of all affluent people??? He should not have appeared in interview than….. he could have moral standing after such act which he has not today… why has he not made the successful candidates a party in the petition???? Is not it mala-fide that we were kept in dark for a year by SPSC & Mr. Saleem Shaikh.. Answers r invited from Babakhan & Dr. Imtiaz Khushik What is worth of present SPSC Chairman???? Mr. SN Abbasi… His selection as SPSC Chairman is doubtful… he has no background of CSS/PCS, which is pre-requisite for Chairmanship of SPSC… Why a panel of 3 persons as nominees was not sent to CM, when his Summary for appointment as Chairman SPSC was floated (which is a practice)??? How can he prove his innocence about his corruption scams/jail terms…if NRO beneficiary can head an organization like SPSC, than you can imagine the state of enquiry (and partiality too) Son of SN Abbasi had failed in CCE-2003, can an enquiry constituted by him be impartial???? Under what rule & provision, was the enquiry conducted by SPSC against successful candidates of CCE-2003???? Answers r invited from Babakhan & Dr. Imtiaz Khushik Quote:
Correct me plz @ Babakhan & Dr. Imtiaz Khushik Babakhan is found of calling us Jalee n engage in un-necessary mud-slugging, but he has not bothered to reply my questions in this thread…….. Quote:

Salams bro, I like ur constructive discussion… U raised a good point that many CSS successful candidates also failed in CCE-2003… Dear the logic is simple……….. Their marks would have been definitely less in CCE-2003.. their performance in few papers of CCE-2003 might not be up to the expectation of the examiner…….. I also failed in CSS-2006 & 2007, but the blame is on me, not on the commission……….. Same logic is applicable on the result of CCE-2003 Raja Shah Zaman was one class junior to me at cadet College Larkana.. one of my hard-working friend also passed written test of CCE-2003, but could not made to successful 77… they did not question our result… they looked on the positives….. n r now serving at good places…………….. Final note: It is useless arguing with ignorant fools....they only bring you down to their level! vile scum!!!! This summaries the attitude of Babakhan & his cronies… I think, this is last time, I m posting in this thread…. Unless either My questions r answered by up-holders of merit like Babakhan & his cronies… and justify their stand… unlike posting things like ur arguments r childish (HOW ????) Jalee (HAHAHA) Or some personal comment would result in due retaliation….

@FS
Buddy people are caught red handed by the constituted committee. I liked the piece of historiography narrated in your last thread but it is of no use because evidences are ready to be presented before court. Don't take me wrong and adviseably don't get hyper too soon. We never demanded the exodus of meritorious officers but Jalee(s) among you have to go at any cost. Lets authorities set the precedent and let the meit be prevailed. Regards |

Dear Baba Khan And Dr Khusk Sahib.
@ Baba Khan and Dr. Khusk Sahib.
If u both donot mind i would like to ask u one simple question....do ur credentials match or commensurate with any of the officers stated above? Mushkil Lag Hai!!!! As far as the report of the committee is concerned, i have nothing else to say but being a member of the SPSC and head of the fact finding committee one can do anything with copies of any candidate one likes. If i am made Chairman of the committee, i assure u i can throw away as many copies as i like and dub these meritorious candidates as JALEE!! LAGE THO AAHAAN JO KHUDA WAASTE JO WAER AHAE INNEN SAAN!!! Why donot both of u raise ur objections over the recent recruitment of Excise Inspectors? I am sure u both have appeared in the above mentioned test. Someone working in the SPSC told me that Mr. Mirza had taken away copies of G.K Paper of CCE 2008 to his sweet home....Ab uske marzi hai jisko pass kare ya naheen...it is upto him now. All the members of current SPSC panel are Jiyalas of PPP. Jo KAALA MOU PP walon ne har department ka kiya hai wohe hashar SPSC ka hoga. I request u guys Please save ur energy and anger for the result of CCE 2008. If u ask me i can tell you some of the names who would in the final merit list. Worhty sister of our Worthy President is selling posts of DDO and SO like POTATOS but at slightly higher rates. These so-called Jaale officers have proved their worth in the CSS Exams and i think that is enough for we people to keep our mouth shut. I am sorry if i have hurt someone especially PPP Jiyalas. Faheem Chachar Ex-ASI Sindh Police

@ Ghotkian and All
I don't know why you guys have fleared up over my stance against those who thrashed the meritocracy. It isn't the issue of comparing my credentials with anybody else but to raise the voice against forces who fiddle around with merit. I oppose tooth and nail any illegal act of current SPSC. Though this forum has quite a narrower span but atleast we can convey our message to healthy minds of the country. Produced evidences will be evaluated by respectable court and its capacity of thinking, in terms of law and its analysis, is far better than that of mine and Ghotkian. So take a chill pill and relax and see how law paves its own way. Regards |

@ F S
I already addressed that u think your self having good English and one of the brilliant than others. However, our stance about CCE-2003 is not fabricated , it is the actuality ; uncovered through our echt court and media. Nevertheless , so for no any expression is emerged on behalf of selected candidates through any sort of mechanism. Kyon k chor kee dari men tinka hota he.

it's time to wrap up now...
Quote:
we've a common ground now. as a matter of principle, everyone is against people who use unfair means to get recruitment. f.s. and shabeer do not defend them . the inquiry report has accused a lot many candidates. some of the fellows accused in the report are simply to good to be accused. fawad has already enumerated their achievements to vindicate their competence. thus the report seems to have vilified these fellows. any premature name calling (Jalee) will certainly seem objectionable to these meritorious fellows. they should be respectable for everyone. in one of your posts, you have also stated it clearly that you are not against meritorious candidates . every one of us on this forum stands for MERIT. justice must be done to the meritorious candidates/officers of CCE 2003. let's wait for the final decision now. silence! regards,
