Exclamation Are Regulatory Authority Employees eligible for age relaxation in PMS
I have a query whether employees of regulatory authorities are eligible for age relaxation in PMS.
In CSS rules, it is explicitly mentioned that employees of regulatory authorities are not eligible for age relaxation. However, in PMS rules, it is mentioned that employees of federal govt. (domiciled in punjab) or employees of punjab govt. are eligible for age relaxation and employees of regulatory authorities are not excluded explicitly.
