Default Pak Affairs by Ikram Rabbani

I am sharing my experience and views about Ikram Rabbani P.Affairs,
one of pathetic book i have ever studied in my whole academic career. its a latest version of 2017, yet everything is written almost a decade old, every example, figure and analysis are with respect to first year of PPP government of 2008-09.
My advice is to avoid this book, one can prepare his own notes better than Ikram Rabbani.

Alternative to IK's Book: 1. Pakistan: The Formative Phase by K. B. Saeed 2. The Military and Politics in Pakistan (1947-1997) by Hasan Askari Rizvi 3. Political and Constitutional Development in Pakistan by Hamid Khan. As per my experience, this is the best comination for preparation of Pakistan Affairs. Everytime you study, you explore new things which is the quality of good study material. Regards

With due respect to your opinion, I found this book to be one of the best book for preparation of Competitive exams. PMS paper of Pak affair is mostly set from pre-partitioned history and this book is more than sufficient for this particular purpose.
