PMS exam has been regularized and will be held every year in Nov/Dec. You may expect fewer seats though.

Age Limit going to be 30 years And New Syllabus will be introduced under New Scheme . Notification will be issued . Number of seats are more than 50 .

Change in syllabus is very unlikely to be implemented this year. Kindly confirm from your source.
