In December most probably.

But last year people even shared content of syllabus saying that it ll be implemented from 2017.what was that ?

that was for 2016......and so far no more announcement has been made regarding syllabus

What were your optional subjects ? I appeared in 2012 with mass com punjabi social work.Got 660 but could not make it.I want to appear this year.Need some help as I got out of touch.got a job.If you dont mind I need your contact info.I am a girl so that ll be easy for us to communicate i guess.
