What are perks and privileges for SO and AC recruited through PMS ? Do they get house and conveyance ?

yes brother, last year recruited friend of mine got Cultus after training of six months.

Dear! As per recent notification, executive allowance has been approved. PMS officers of grade 17 would get Rs.45550 additional. Basic pay of Section Officer is about Rs. 76000.

that is obvious for AC, but not sure about SO
