Default Police Act 2017 - 5% quota for DSP recruitment

KPK Police Act, 2017 provides for direct recruitment of DSPs. Read sub section 4 of clause 7 of this act
http://kppolice.gov.pk/act2017/

Seats are expected to be advertised with next PMS ad.
Where does Punjab stand? Is there any chance in near future for such development? Will this breach in the system encourage other provinces to follow? Last time I heard of any progress on this front was three months ago when PTI opposition leader presented this kpk bill in Punjab Assembly to be made an Act for Punjab Police .

Federal & Punjab's "BURA-KRACY" will never let this happen.similar proposal was in the news in 2014-2015 but was strongly opposed by Psp class.
Secondly "BALD" brothers are against welfare of police force.while they are in power its almost impossible to happen here

Well, this thing had been in the news when I had two years left on the timeline of Upper Age Limit, and, now, I am Over-aged by two years. It's just a show shaw. Some of my friends would insists that the KPPSC is going to announce those posts but these were never advertised as no requisition was sent by the Establishment/Home Deptt.

"Bald" brothers are only partially responsible for this mess, in fact, it's the doing of Musharraf and his crony, Daniyal Aziz. The Police Order of 2002 is the main culprit..................
