Mphil allowance

I have been appointed on bs 17 and at time of new pay slip process my head is saying that mphil allownce is not admissable to me as at time of selection mphil 2 marks were added by them.

Kindly help in this regard
Is it true? Because ppsc was suppose to add mphil marks as its result was already 2 years old. Neither they gave us choice that we want to take mphil benefit or not.

IF required qualification for a post is m.phil then allowance is not admissible but if required qualification for the post is master or graduation then allowance is admissible.

Required qualification was masters. But my head saying that those who got 2 marks of mphil in selection process are not eligible for mphil allowance. Do you know any one who got mphil allowance after his appointment when he was already mphil at time of selection.

in which department you are working?
your head is not anyone to decide about your allowance , it will be decided by district accounts office ,
ask him for any reference letter in this regard.
i am also working in district accounts office and i can provide salary slip of many people who are getting allowance irrespective of qualification marks.

Special education department, appointmented as psychologist.
Account office will approve or disapprove when she will forward my case na. She not willing too.
