1. what are the duties of zilladar?
2. what is the scope of this post?
3. who works above zilladar and who works under its command?
4. what is the major purpose of this job?

Zilladar resolves irrigation and water distribution disputes among the farmers.Zilladar works under Director and Assistant Director.Zilldar are promoted rarely.

1. Collect revenue through Patwaries from Zamindar's like "Aabiyana" & others and Monitor the water distribution.
2. Attractive designation
3.9 to 12 Patwaries work under the directions of a Zilladar and a clerk as well
4.same as no. 1

after 15 to 20 years u will be deputy collecter , no. of patwaris depend upon ur alotted area. no tension of duty. one day in week u have to go to office. remaining days u are considered to b in field. u can do ur side buisness or study easily. pay is also like other 14 scale govt. jobs. main charm of this job is dat u r totally free nd have plenty of time for ur other activities.

one thing more, these patwaris nd collectors belong to irrigation department, not of revenue department.

brother here correction is need there is a cousre which is called DOR after doing this you are promoted to Deputy Collector. it will not take time 15 to 20 years

you may be right, but some days ago there came a deputy collector in our district accounts office nd he told dat he was promoted to d.c after 26 years, but there r some "lucky" persons who were promoted after 20 years as well. if u have details of this course, then plz share wid us. bcz it will encourage friends who have applied for dis post. thanx
