As per Wikipedia,Encyclopedia and other online search engines there are 565 states. They also share the list of 565 states. However, if there is any issue then all must be awarded the credit. Moreover, the question regarding state religion was also wrong as Nepal is also a secular state(Art.4 Constitution 2015). Do write about that too. The question about the largest lake was also dubious as there can be two dimensions for answering it. [One by area and other by volume. I support your stance on Mount Adam and URL. Finally I would like to ask what is meant by representation? Application?
