Can you apply for PCS if your Graduation results are pending?

Aoa Respected members,

I wanted to know if its possible to apply for PSC Combined examinations if your final results have not been announced yet but they're expected to be announced before the examinations are held? If I'm not wrong, there is a cut-off date in CSS exams i.e. 31st december of the year before to meet the eligibility criteria, does anything similar to this apply to PCS or their cut-off date would be 1st of September? The guidelines given by SPSC are really vague and they don't mention a specific cut-off date for any requirement less the age limit.



P.S Close the thread, I found my answer in the advertisement. The cut-off date is 1st september, for both educational and age criteria.
