Default Aspirants planning to file age relaxation petition for pms due to 2019 cut off date

All aspirants planning to file petition for age relaxation owing to the fact that pms cut off date has been set as 1.1.2019 thus skipping 2018 this makes a lot of candidates over age by a year
Any one effected by it and planning to file petition is requested to comment below for a joint strategy

they were already ineligible as age has been relaxed by 2 years

Mr Bravo kindly do not create misunderstandings

The 2 year age limit thing was extension in the uper age limit and is permanent on nature unless rules are amended

Age rexlation is granted under different circumstances and is temporary in nature


Further more the issue of cut off date has arisen after the age extension and as per the decision of Lahore High Court exams are to be conducted every year
But with the cut off date as 1 1 2019 there will be a gap of one year

Uzma rani vs ppsc clearly states there will be age relaxation in the year there is no exam

Now there is no exam in 2018 hence there needs to b relaxation of one year

Hopfully more aspirants would join

So we can file a petition

Though I'm not the aggrieved party of the PPSC's decision to skip a year but I think you have a fair point here. It is pretty deplorable of PPSC to let the aspirants suffer because of its own negligence and mismanagement.
