1. Is Education a scoring subject in PMS.
2. Also, which is the best book for preparation?
3. How long does the subject preparation take?

Yes Education is a scoring subject. Buy Pervaiz Iqbal's book for preparation. You can prepare it comprehensively in 10 to 15 days.

Second, i m finding myself unable to focus on specific rather getting info overloaded so could u plz help me in understanding optionals by telling me specific books?

do not study irrelevent stuff or books just Focus on the syllabus specially try to squeeze as much marks as you can from optionals & goodluck.

According to PPSC (see FAQs on their website) it will be held in March after the CSS Exam. They haven't mentioned any specific date.
