2- Latitude is the distance north or south of the equator.(definition)

As I noted this question on back side of my Roll no. slip, exact words were as followed
"Distance of a place South or North of Equator is called"
It is not mentioned as Lines joining North and South poles.

ppsc updated regarding GK paper that there were six questions where more than one option could be taken as correct answer. After due
considerations it has been decided that six marks will be awarded to every candidates irrespective
of their answers to these six questions.
