Slam,
Dear members let my doubt be cleared, whether an official or officer having qualified PPSC General test can be called a PCS officer?? Still the concept of PCS exists after formation of PMS?

only patwaris ,tehsildars etc are now pcs officers.

baki pms are from grade17 and above
