Educated people may be recruited.
08-hours duty may be ensured.
Good salary packege.
Weekly holiday.
If they apply for casual leave, the same may be granted.
Strict Accountibility.
Different new courses/training regarding new technology, attitude etc.

1) Mental satisfaction of police staff (by fixing 8 hour duty, good salary and family security)
2) PSP officers's nice aur friendly attitude is needed for thana culture betterment.
3) self respect is needed for police men (in department, and in media and TV drammas).
4) Chitar culture ka khatma.
5) Scientific investigation education in traing is needed.
5) One forensic laboratory at each tehsil level to trace crimes, instead of just Chitar parade.
6) police record needed to be uptodate and online. so that other districts can see history of any culprit.

Thanks

The most important thing is the delivery of islamic lectures in every police stations so that their mind can be changed and they avoid taking bribery. Otherwise increment of 100% in their salray will not be able to stop them from taking bribery.

Islam se yaad aya, only married officers should be appointed in field, otherwise they can be easily influenced by gender and in practice, such cases happened. 2ndly a married officer can easily understand family situations in case of any crime related to families

It doesn't work. Majority of police officials deputed on field duty is married. I'av also observed that Constables and other police officials get married early as soon as they get job. And majority enjoys stinking reputation and blotted character. The more disappointing thing is that Lady police officials also enjoys the same reputation. Recently, a couple has been dismissed from service on the charge of indulging themselves in immoral activies (illegitimate relations). Many others are awarded other punishments being found involved in allegations of being druggie, relations with prostitutes, supervising prostitute dens, cooperating with drug-dealers, etc etc. The shocking aspect is that when they are taken to task, they come up with "Sifarish" of ministers. So, there is a dire need of arranging Islamic lectures and other similar measures to ameliorate their moral values.

If PP wants improvement, it should follow Pakistan Motorway Police.
Just one sentence of Police Rules improves everything here.
