Can anyone tell me please that whether it is mandatory to fill the column of POST APPLIED FOR while filling in the application form of PMS ?

My friend sent downloaded form but she told me"Bank officer gave her "Triplicate Receipt" with Bank Stamp instead of "Original"....Later on,bank officer refused to issue new one.He said"Downloaded form main koi issue nhi hota iska..bank se milne wale form main "ORiginal" chayie hota hai"..what do you think about it?

Better to attach original Challan Form Receipt. She has deposited Rs.700/- and has its proof in triplicate receipt with bank stamped. I think it is not a big issue. Original mean not a photocopy.

I suggested her the same as she sent the form with original bank stamp and it was not her fault.anyways,thanx alot bro for your timely reply.
