Answer:- A drawing or a map showing the precise legal boundaries of a property, the location of improvements,easements, rights of way, encroachment and other physical features.

Answer:- No, mutation is not a title document.

Q.7. What is the name of the document, which creates title in immovable property?
Answer:- Register Sale Deed(Registry /Baye-Nama)

Q.8. What is meant by Conveyance Deed or Sale Deed?
Answer:- Conveyance Deed or Sale Deed is a deed document by whch the title of property is conveyed by the seller to the purchaser.Deed document helps you ascertain whether the property , which you are buying , is on land belonging to any development authority ,society, builder in which the property is located, whichever case may be.

Answer:- Conveyance is the act of transferring ownership of the property from a seller to buyer.

Are you sure about number of districts about each province? Because I have a book of caravan in which they have mentioned number of districts...

Punjab = 35
Sindh = 27
KPK = 24
Balochistan = 30

I am just asking for correction sister if I am wrong.

I don,t have any book....just preparing laws from a site and relying on newspaper...please tell me what is included in carvan book other than laws???
