Using Headings is must for good Marks?

I mostly attempt my paper with out putting headings, because i assume that these are the hinders in frequently writing. How much it can effects my marks?

Ambiguous!
I think it generally does matter. I never use headings, used only in 2,3 questions in Social Work. Headings makes it easier to write and saves time as well. But This PMS was mostly general in nature I dont think headings will matter. My friend Rabnawaz Matiyana didnt give any headings and he is 65th this time (CSS):-)
Lets hope for the best...

we should use headings where they suits, otherwise to use headings in each and every question is a childish act.... paragraph wise writing puts a good impression... so dnt wry,if u dnt use headings....

Same here, people around me were addicted to extra sheets and headings. I wondered how they could fill heck of sheets. Even I haven't used an extra sheet in my educational career. The sheets provided are enough. I looked at the papers of those sheeters, they used to write a heading and 3,4 lines and then a gap and then a heading and a 3,4 line explanation and next page.. It sounded idiotic to me. Some people left lines, some 1 and some 2, literally! Why use extra sheets then? Regarding headings I feel ambiguous, to be honest. But if we believe in these exams we will have to agree with the fact that quality matters not quantity or headings. So cheer up and pray for me :p

Children use headings. At this level one is not expected to sprinkle headings all over the page. The main purpose of using headings is to distinguish the content of the following passage. At this level one's expression and relevancy should suffice for that. It should tell, through it content that this paragraph is written about Social Parity etc.

Dear, headings are not must but it gives beauty to your answer sheet..in these competitive exams the examiners have to check thousand papers.sometimes they only read your introduction, headings&concluding paragraphs. Therefore, academies recommend headings with blue or black markers.
Dont worry,if you have good writing skill, you will fetch good marks in PMS 2011.
:shy..using extra sheet does not mean "you are attempting paper well".I saw many candidates who used Extra Sheets even in Every day science(CSS)paper, but they failed in EDS..:busy..So,now just pray for your success.
