4.Why you want to leave your current job?they may ask duties of your job whatever your functions, your whole work&about your bank?banking system is based on interest which is haram,so do you think that Islamic banking without interest possible
5.You are getting a good salary in bank then why are you coming in public sector and also this is contractual job?
6.Prepare your Graduation and Masters level subject they ask a lot of questions regarding it(e.g. if you have done Masters In Statistics then difference b/w statistics and mathemtics,what is mean,median,mode,time Series,Sampling,Probability?If Economics Marginal Propensity To consume,sources of production,GDP&NNP?
7.Prepare Pakistan Studies and Islamiyat (Two nation Theory,ideology of pakistan,t,who is ch.Rehmat Ali,What is Now or Never,what is role of Sir Syed,Quaid-E-Azam,Allama Iqbal,and Ulema for making pakistan?How many azwaj of HAZOOR S.A.W.W,when Ghazwa badar fought,Difference b/w gazwa and sariya etc)

7. Famous cities of world?where it lies,also fully aware of Punjab cities(e.g where multan lies south Punjab or central Punjab,Punjab total cities,Punjab total budget,Punjab budget allocated for BOR,Punjab last city,punjab literacy rates,Danish schools,other schemes)
8. Currency rates if you read newspaper
10.Current affairs(e.g solution of electricity loadshedding,more provinces in Punjab or other provinces should made or not, Religious sectarianism,current disputed movie and its impacts on ummah,floods problem,energy crisis,upcoming elections etc )

aap se land terms ka pucha ja sakta hai behter hai aaap 2 4 sin kisi patwari se basic land terminologies seekh len e.g ke registery ke baad intakaal aur aks kese hasil kiya jae ga ager koi galat istimal kerega apni ikhtiyaraat ka tau aaap ad hn log aptak kese puhanchnge etc etc

Islah bhai what will the powers and Benefit enjoy the ADLR e.g, car, house and what is expected salary of the ADLR

Don't expect car,house bla bla at this stage.AD Land Record 'll get salary of grade 17 and they will work in Land Record Service Centers.

Interviewing panel won't ask professional questions about Land Record,However you should have some basic information about Land Record Management system.

These aren't difficult questions at all,ask yourself that why are going to get this job?Since banking job is quite hectic so you can tell them that you are preferring this public sector job because of following reasons:

a)Secured and Stable Job
b)Horizontal Mobility
c)public dealing
d)good working hours and nice Exposure

2. What is the basic function of ADLR?
3. Who works above ADLR in hierarchy and who are its subordinates?

1.Duties of adlr

I. To supervise the staff at service centre in coordination with Service Centre Incharge
II. To facilitate the walk in customers regarding their issues (Fards, Mutations) resolved promptly and to get their
feed back in the form of suggestions or complaints
III. Discharge of duties as revenue officer in the mutation process
IV. To approve or disapprove mutations
V. To approve or disapprove Fard Badars
VI. To issue of memorandum for the mutations, ensuring deposit of fee in the bank and verification from treasury
VII. To record statement of the parties (buyers, sellers and witness)
VIII. To get thumb impressions, digital photographs and signatures of the parties (buyers, sellers and witness) as per
prescribed manner
IX. Any other duty assigned by Board of Revenue Punjab.

3.Staff at service center at tehsil level will work under him
and he will work under director land records.
