Please guide about interview/test of District/Tehsil Service Center Incharge LRMIS

Salam everyone,

I want to ask about the job post of Tehsil/District Service center Incharge in Land Record Management and Information System. I am requesting the senior members or who have been appeared for the interview of this job. Please give me details about questions asked in the interview and test.

1) If i had applied for more than one service center, will they take test and interview separately for each service center? What if i have sent separate applications?

2) What does they ask in the written test they conduct? What type of the questions would be? Related to current affairs or related to computer? If related to computer, which subjects should i prepare the most? what was the pattern of the questions (short questions/ MCQs), if someone remember this?

3) What kind of questions they ask in interview? I have heard this from many people that their interview is very tough. Can someone please tell me in detail about their interview questions and guide me how should i prepare for it?

4) Will they ask anything about land record?

5) What are the responsibilities of TSCI/DSCI ?
6) What is the pay scale for this post?
7) Service Center Incharge is the most senior person in a Service Center? What is their Hierarchy?

If someone can share any sample questions of test/interview that would be really appreciated.

I dont know about the scope of job, however I can guide you about Test and interview.

TEST
There is not specific Test Criteria. I have appeared in the test for several times, In the first test, Test was consisting of 30 Questions which were mainly about Management, Like how to deal with your sub-ordinates if they fight each other, What you will do if there is a work load and your sub-ordinate are unable to fulfill the requirement, etc.

During the Second test they mainly asked about Databases & some Networking and there was not even a single question regarding management. You may have to write SQL Queries, and Database concepts like Normalization etc.

INTERVIEW
Interview is really tough, panel consists of at least 12 people who belong to different Govt depp and have different academic background and work Experience. Mainly they ask about your future plans, yourself description and Database and Networking.

In Database, SQL Queries and basic networking is more important. In the last interview, they asked me about some sort of questions who belong to PATWARIES,,,,,,

I dont have much idea about the job ,, I am also looking for the answer to this portion of questions,,,

Can you please tell some interview questions if you still remember? It will give me a better idea what could they ask from Database and networking.

Do their database questions consist only simple insert, delete and a little complex select queries with joins? Or anything more complex (like triggers and procedures and data types)?

About networking, do they ask about typologies etc or ISO 7 layer model or anything else?

Regarding pay scale, i have heard that TSCI would be at BPS-17 and ADLR would be at BPS-16 when they would be permanent. Again its just rumors.

But they didn't mentioned about test in advertisement. They said only shortlisted candidates will be called for interviews. They take more than one test or you saying first time it was some other type of test and 2nd time when u appeared it was a different test?
