You have not understood my post. Ad has too much concern. If ad came then current list revision will stop as per rules. Candidates on waiting list are pursuing list revision. Moreover, S&GAD is currently busy in previous PMS allocation due to list revisions so how come they advertise new PMS Exam when previous allocation procedure is still underway.

However, there is a concept called "Carried over seats". If seats remain unfilled, it is carried over to next exam and awarded to those who belong to the same quota group, and if even in next exam it is not filled then these are again carried over.

It is not necessary that if no list is revised then there would be no exam or there would any delay, the list will be revised soon and S & GAD has no objection in carrying over the seats to next exam. Those who are approaching the S & GAD for list revision and are impatient about that, I understand their anxiety but certainly this is not a hindrance in next PMS exam. If ad is late and does not appear in oct then there can be any other reason but not the one you cited.

The people here must not be concerned about the ad, if ad comes in Oct then exam would be held in Jun/Jul, if it comes later still the exam would be held in Jun/Jul, so ad must be no issue of concern.

Dear this is certain that exam would be held in June/July 2014, no matter ad comes now or in any other month, the exam will be held in June/July next year. In summer vacations PPSC has many centres available so the arrangements can be done with ease. The general recruitment tests which include 1 paper MCQ type questions are generally conducted on Sundays because it consists of only one paper which is over in 3 hrs but in case of Combined Competitive exam (PMS), where there are 6 compulsory and 6 different optional subjects, the centres have to be available for consecutive days, which is possible only when there are vacations in schools and colleges.

So guys forget the ad, it has to come sooner or later, last PMS was readvertised in March 2012 and exam started on 6th July 2012, so even this ad comes in March, which I'm pretty sure will come till then at least Insha Allah, the exam would again be conducted in July. So you'd better focus on your prep now, select your optional subjects judiciously and kick off the prep.

Brother first of all I would like to inform you that as per my information 6 people have not joined the training at MPDD, and if merit list is revised even today then I would like to tell you that both academic groups at MPDD have submitted their book reviews and they have gone through a better part of their training, how come new people would catch them? Frankly speaking, it was an assumption that if list is revised today, otw it may take more days and means more days of training would elapse and then I don't think MPDD would arrange different training program for only 6 great souls.

The thing is that, S & GAD would revise the list and those fortunate ones coming in merit would be called and then ad would pop out for next PMS, if there are some people who would join CSA, then relinquished seats would be carried over. No matter whosoever's son is waiting.

List will be revised after 21 October, 2013 (after commencement of CTP of CSS). New inducted people will be given training with coming batches. If you have sources in MPDD then you can ask from them that ETOs of previous batches are getting training with this batch. So its not an issue.

Brother you are not getting my point perhaps, we are talking about the ones selected through this PMS. If you are talking about the ETOs of previous batches etc, then there are some Babas (oldies) too who are getting training in this batch so its not the point dear. Your point about list revision being contingent on CSS training commencement is so naive, why would an authority wait for such things to decide its own proceedings!

Yes it depends on CSS training as they have to see how much people leave PMS so that list is revised for once (1 waiting person is son of S&GAD officer, others also exerting pressure through various channels). After list revision, PMS-2011 postings will be in final shape. There is a rule that if new ad comes for some posts then further list revision is stopped. So S&GAD will never advertise coming exam before revising the list (own interest involved as mentioned above).

After this S&GAD will work on new ad. Exam will be most probably in June 2014.

Brother the ad may be late for one reason or the other, as well know the Weber's curse (Red Tapism) is at play everywhere, there can be any reason for the delay of ad but the reason you are citing is really absurd, those who are not to join the PMS haven't joined in the training, about the rest you can't be sure whether they will leave or not. However, it is futile to stretch that issue further. Just wait and watch the proceedings.

How would I know brother! it rests with the BOR if there are seats of ADLR then they may include it in coming PMS, however, everything about posts other then PMS and ETO, we'll be sure when the ad comes out, even after the ad is published, they can decrease/increase/include/exclude the posts and number of posts whatever the case.

I have posted it earlier as well that delay in ad is delibrately done on the behest of self proclaimed elite service dmg which is in reality nothing but a qabza group who have illelgally occupied pms/pcs seats they will this time around also create hurdles.in the way of publication of ad and will leave lucanas in it for example by not giving age relaxation
so that the case is filed in high court and they can delay the matter like they did in pms 2011so that they can usurp pms seats by citing non availability of pms officers so all aspirants should be mentally prepared to face the the shenanigans of this qabza group
