Well nothing can be said with certainty as how would next pms take place as unlike CSS , PMS does not take place at regular intervals. It was held in 2006 , 2009 and then in 2012. but now some quoted Secretary PPSC saying that it is most expected in 2013 as there are seats available. So , one may expect that it may be advertised in September or in October.

Well its compulsory subjects , except for Urdu and GK , get prepared when we prepare for css . then we have to prepare the optionals. If they are the same as you would be having for CSS , then you wont be in need of much extra time. however, still the syllabus of PMS optionals is larger then those of CSS subjects . Yet , it is not much extra time taking , if your css preparation is complete.

Yes there is no doubt that PMS 2013 is expected to be advertised in Oct but number of seats is less than the previous year, i don't have any info in this regard whether the number of seats for PMS would be increased in due course of time or not but as per latest info there were only 47 seats of PMS with 20+ seats of ETO and other posts.....let's see what happens.....and one more thing that this is true that PMS is coming but whether S & GAD will grant the age relaxation this time or not, if they don't then again matter will be taken up in High court and then exam can further be delayed, however, aspirants must stay prepared..... .

Well, I have heard that PMS this time around is having around 180 seats in all categories. Source is an employee of PPSC. Let's hope for the best.

punjab government has announced that there will be ban on hiring in different dept. Except health , education & judiciary. Any one please confirm pms 2013 of punjab whether it will held this year or not?
