Re-checking acedmics record by PPSC

ppsc asking me to re-check and correct my acedmics record on their website.
1.why?
2.i have forgtn my application farm number
what to do now

don,t worry they(ppsc) will SEND you a text message on your cell phone asking you to correct/verify your academic record with your cnic application numer.

r they asking all candidates to correct academic records or just asking to those who have passed the exam?

I also receive text from FPSC to verify my doc , please let me know how to verify documents? Is it compulsory in order to appear in exam ?

Dear member,

PPSC has introduced a new formula of short-listing candidates
For written test with a ratio of 1:30 ( thirty candidates against each one seat)
On the basis of strong academic background;
Hence PPSC has given an Opportunity to candidates to rectify their academic record if there is any mistake, lest they might be screened out prior to written exam!

Dear members kindly help me how can i come out of this situation?
During verification i came to know that my CNIC number went wrong and all my
record was there with that wrong CNIC number.
I mailed ppsc but they are not answering my mail
kindly tell me what should i do now?

Check if there any option of editing cnic

firt i want to ask is that what is token number

2nd i have received a message from ppsc in which my cnic and application number is mentioned there and they asked me to edit your academic records, when i enter my cninc and application number and left blank the token number that i dont know , a message came that no record found with this data? are they kidding me ? some body help
