I have done MBA.should i go for it.salary package in auqaf department for bs 16 would be good?

dont know about the salary package....any how bps16 govt sector is better than a private sector job.....

Medical allowance = 1000
Social security benefit = 3000

Are you sure, that is all. ::mad: Only Rs: 21227/- !!! . Although i have applied for this job but after knowing about salary by going through your post, i am bit discouraged. :excl:

Yes these all are the admissible allowances to BPS 16 government servant.Anyways some allowances may vary form department to department.

Following Adhoc Allowances are also admisible.

Adhoc Allowance 2010 @ 50%= 5000
Adhoc Allowance 2011 @ 15%= 1500
Adhoc Allowance 2012 @ 20%= 2000
Adhoc Allowance 2013 @ 10%= 1000
