Default PMS age relaxation case filed in LHC in 2011

If anyone know the person who filed case in LHC last time and whether age relaxation is possible this time too if someone files a case in LHC ,if yes on what grounds?

I will surely knock the doors of LHC if I can find convincing grounds.

brother two grounds were taken first that govt is giving age relaxation in every department except pms which is discrimination and second was that in pms serving govt servants having 4 years continuous service are given age relaxation till 35 years which is discrimination again because it violates the priciple of equality of all enshrined in our constitution thirdly additional ground that you can take this year is the fact that it will now get advertised after 3 years as last was pms 2011 and age for that was calculated on 31st jan 2011 on which date a candidate was required to be not more than 31 years old

i would like to add that govt has issued a notification in may 2013 in which it has
allowed general age relaxation of 5 years for all its number is S&GAD Notification No.SOR-I (S&GAD) 9-36/81 dated 21-05-2012. i will try to locate it and post it here so it can benefit all members desirous of relaxation.

One of the convincing grounds would be:
KPK PMS's upper age limit is 30. You can include this point as well in your petition.
LHC is very fine in taking honest decisions. I assure you, they will increase the upper age limit. IN SHA ALLAH.

1.Definately age relaxation will be granted.
2.As you attempted accounts in CSS twice then you can take it in PMS as well. I have strong background in Engineering and Finance. However I have taken different subjects for CSS and PMS. Because technical subjects are time consuming, risky, dull and extra pressure.
3. I m student of psychology and I observed that you are too much relying on PMS. Its good to be passionate. But PMS is different than CSS. Soon you will realise. There are almost 15 open merit seats because others will be awarded to favourites. Many people find failure in interview if they do well in interview.
4. Goodluck

Default Regd relaxation in age

Dear fellows. If ppsc gives relaxation to 31 years again for pms-2014 would they advertise again for fresh, over age candidates or the applicants applied earlier with 28+ be given only agr relaxation.

Default Consultation with lawyer of LHC.

I am going to consult a layer of LHC regarding age relaxation petition to be filed in the court of law, on 15 of this month and I intend to file petition before the closing date of PMS.
I know I am doing it only for the sake of my future but decision of this case involves the career of many future officers in Punjab.
Therefore I want your valuable arguments and suggestions if you people feel appropriate.
Members are requested please to give their valuable arguments which are beneficial for the case, but the arguments should have documentary proof.

Remember your valuable argument may win this case and your bad argument may be proved disastrous.

Regard.
