My interview held on 17-06-2014 at 9.30 AM
Duration of interview was 30 minutes approximately.
Interview panel consisted of 3 members.

First Person
Q-1. What is your name.
Q-2. Irfan kya kr rhe hu ajkal?
Q-3. Irfan ap apne apko English me introduce krwa skte hain? r jaldi jaldi krwa den bas 2 minute me, you have to tell us about your education and family background. [ I stared to introduce my higher education first, but interviewer asked me to start from matriculation (what i learnt from it is, in PPSC interview education should be told in ascending order)]

2nd Person
Q-1. Who is Auditor?
Q-2. Pakistan me konse law k teht Auditor bante hain?
Q-3. Statutory meeting kya hoti hai?
Q-4. Statutory report kya hoti hai?
Q-5. Company k auditor kon appoint krta hai?
Q-6. Internal and external auditor me kya faraq hai?
Q-7. Continuous or final Audit me kya faraq hai?
Q-8. Expense or Expenditure me kya faraq hai?
Q-9. Coupon rate kya hota hai? Annuity kya hoti hai?
Q-10. Coupon rate of Annuity me kya faraq hai?
Q-11. Final accounts k end pe adjustment entries hoti hain, enk bare me btao kuch.
Q-12. Matching concept.
These were main questions, many times he made cross questions maybe to check my convincing ability.


Again First Person.

He asked me that you have studied mathematics in intermediate, so i am going to check your mathematical concepts. (It was the worst moment in my interview, because i was not very good in intermediate mathematics and i scored only 76 marks out of 200 in intermediate mathematics)
He used to write a question on a blank paper and asked me to solve the question. unfortunately i performed badly in this area, and i clearly noticed that interviewer was extremely angry)
Even at one stage interviewer said. Carefully solve this question, because the answer of this question will decide your future.

After mathematics portion he asked these questions.
Q-1, What is the difference between come across, and come about?
Q-2. What is come off, come on?
Write down the spelling for the following words. He was speaking words and i was to write their spellings.
1. accentuate
2. Dialysis
3. Curiosity
i don't remember the other words at this time.

Now the 3rd Person.
Q-1. What is CVT?
Q-2. How we calculate CVT?
Q-3. What is the rate of CVT?
Q-4. What is the benchmark?
Q-5. If the value of a property is not known, then how do we calculate CVT?
Q-6. Is CVT a federal subject or provincial subject?
Q-7. When did this law came into force?

My learning

1. Always have a strong grip on degree on the basis of which the post was announced (e.g. in my case it was B.com)
2. Never give interviewer a chance to think that you remained free even for a week.

At the end. I don't know what will happen in the final list, but overall it was a wonderful experience, and i learnt allot from it.

Yes, 3rd portion of interview was quite easy, because yesterday i met 2 persons from the tax wing of board of revenue, and they have told me enough to handle department related questions, but unfortunately i was unable to answer two questions from the third portion.
1. If the value of a property is not known, then how do we calculate CVT?
2. When did law came into force?

how much time they will take to announce the result? mine interview was also on 17 June..... it was really a good experience.

They did not ask a single question from maths... they looked at my result card and appreciated my marks in maths as i got 97 and 89 in 1st year and 2nd year respectively..

They said, it will take 15 to 20 days to announce final result. What was your committee number? (committee number means room number, 12 or 13?). Moreover on which number they called you for interview. I was the first in my panel.

it was 13... and i was called at 6 #.

I have no update yet regarding final recommendation.
