If you have equivalent certificate from HEC then you can apply for DZO, not otherwise.

if a candidate have Hons degree(in any discipline) certificate..still he needs any other certificate to prove that he has 16 years education?
would you elaborate (equivalent certificate) for hons candidates who want to apply for this post

what you mean by equivalent certificate. we just have dmc or degree.
