QUALIFICATION:

i)1st class Master’s degree in Economics / Statistics / Commerce / Economic Planning / Economic Policy / Agriculture Economics / Transportation Economics / Industrial Economics / Development Economics / Business Administration or Public Finance from a recognized University; and

ii)Two years experience of work or research relating to Development Economics / Public Finance / Banking / International Economics / Statistics or other fields of Economic Planning or Development.
PAY: BS-17

Male Candidates: 24 to 35 + 5 years general age relaxation in upper age limit vide Notification No. SOR-I (S&GAD) 9-36/81 dated 04-11-2006 = 40 years on 05-01-2015.

Female Candidates: 24 to 35 + 8 years general age relaxation in upper age limit vide Notification No. SOR-I (S&GAD) 9-36/81 dated 21-05-2012 = 43 years on 05-01-2015.
DOMICILE: Punjab.
GENDER: Both Male & Female domiciled in any district of Province of Punjab.
PLACE OF POSTING: Anywhere in Punjab.


Can anyone elaborate work experience required for this post. I am doing job in excise department. Am i eligible for this job?

Please share the syllabus/past papers for the said post. i'm unable to find it from PPSC's website. Test is on 17th Feb, so an urgent response is requested to all the persons who have previously appeared/cleared the test of DDO Planning.

Anybody please intimate regarding the DDO Planning paper. It was either MCQs based or subjective. If it was MCQs based, the MCQs were job related or otherwise?
