Congratulation to all successful candidates. Is there anyone from Multan, Bahawalpur, or Faisalababd? I need to know whether PMS Psychological Assessment is based on the same lines as that of CSS? Cheers!

Question Final Assessment and Merit
Can any senior member guide me as to what is the weightage of written exam, psychological assessment and the interview in final selection of candidates?
Also, do they interview all of the - perhaps too many - qualified candidates or is there a ratio of seats to interviewees?

Written 1200 marks
Interview including psychological 200 marks
Panel interviews all the qualified candidates irrespective of no. of seats.
