I am going to write down my interview Experience here. I want the guys who have scored higher in the interviews to please point out my errors or the possible reason which made the panel to award 128/200 marks.
Is there any chance that the Psychologists remarks might have made them give me low scores.

My interview was held at Lahore on 3rd April 2017.
I was the last one in my group.
The guy Fahad Ijaz(3rd Position) and I were in the same group.

Me: Good Evening Sir.
Chairman: Good Evening and Asalm U Aleykum Please sit down.
Me: wa aelykum asalam. Thank You Sir.
Chariman: Mr. Hammad Zafar Khari please introduce yourself.
Me; I gave a brief introduction about myself and my interests( mentioned my last degree)
Chairman: That's all please tell us about your Matriculation, Intermediate, Institutions, family, your hobbies and anything else you have to share.
Me; I mentioned that i was born and brought in Lahore ,my matric, inter institutes, bachelors degree In Journalism and psychology , masters degree in economics, Chinese Language Course from shanghai University, Level 6 HND in (ICT)System Support from ICon College of technology and Management London, advanced diploma in Psychotherapy Level6 from Uxbridge college London.
I mentioned that previously i have worked in the worlds third largest private employer and world's largest security company ( G4S) and i have also worked at TESCO and I told them that i left England because i wanted to serve my people and my country.
I told them I loved travelling, singing, cooking and Chinese Language and culture.
I told them i ran a business and that made me travel across three continents.
I also mentioned that i have been recommended By PPSC for various jobs in the past 4-5 months.
I am married so i told about my wife who is a civil servant.

Then Chairman sb asked me that it is perceived that there is a lack of discipline in Pakistani Youth and how inculcate it?
I replied that perception and reality are different. Our people and youth is disciplined I strengthened my argument with Sociological and Psychological approaches( by stander effect) in groups people behave differently, and also told him that when the people feel more connected to the society and its members they conform to the ethics and morals,
and a sense of higher authority must have to be there in people. otherwise even if they are disciplined they might not feel like showing it. Army ki example di ke army me sense of authority kafi strong hai, the institute and those who run it are Pakistanis and they are all very disciplined. Changes in education system, family's role etc b mention kia or ye b mention kia ke yehi Pakistanis jo ke yahan discipline ka pas nhi rkhte bahire most disciplined citizens hotay hen( it is because the system of sanctions and the sense of authority is strong)

Chairman: MDG's ? I answered
minar e pakistan architect name? i didnt know.

Next member: What songs do you sing? who is your favorite singer? Punjab Information commission( i was little unsure about it so i said sorry), Do you watch dramas? He said you seem to be interested in education system? Population growth rate of Pakistan? i gave an approximate answer.

Mr. seerat asghar:
Bubble economics ? most recent Bubble? book and the name of the writer on market bubbles? Adam smiths books full name? 18th century famous economist name 3 please? mass consumerism?
I was not able to answer 1 or 2 questions he asked and i cant remember them.

Mohsin razi:
self actualization? how to achieve it?
1 or 2 more questions? i cant remember.

Chairman: 4 point agenda? he asked about an idiom which i had never heard before? meaning of a word it was very difficult though and i could not answer.
your Fav personality: Lee Kuan Yew, Quaid e azam, Edhi .
why should we choose you? I answered it an efficient manner.
thankyou mr Hammad .

I also said thanks..
and that is all

The medium of my communication with the panel right from the word go was English. I am a fluent speaker since i have been a speaker at International forums such as the LSBU asian chapter, part time guest speaker and counselor at Newham Council of London. So there was nothing related to my communication which might have hindered my selection.

There was not even a single question from my optionals, local government system, revenue, public finance, pakistans economy, governance, international or national politics, why PMS? , and everything that should have been a part of this interview. I dont know whether it was me or my face that pissed the panelists off.

I think it must have been our psychological assessment.
i prepared for the psychological and took it very seriously.
i initiated the group discussion with sound additions in between as well. i waited for my turn and knew when to talk and how to talk.
My topic of Public speaking was happiness lies in Money.
It also went good.

The only thing which i can recollect was the written part where i was unable to answer a few questions like I regret , I sometimes i missed 3 or 4. which the psychologists asked me in the interview and i told them that I had nothing to regret and i wanted to write something meaningful to all the things asked so i left it empty.

It feels like we both have came so close yet so far to realize our dream.
921 to 914 they got allocated

your marks are 755
even if you had 165 in interview
920 ... what a loss for both of us.. well lets hope there is a place for us somewhere else.
