Do you or anyone else has 2016 Paper II of Public Administration? I have searched internet but could not find this one paper.

if anyone have Public ad book in soft form or any notes, please do share.
i am having hard time in finding the whole syllabus from Liaqat Niazi and Dr Sultan Khan...
