The pattern of the papers of PMS is different from those of CSS.
This is the pattern of the papers of optionals subjects that they consist of subjective questions only. One has to attempt five questions of twenty marks each.
However, in the papers of compulsory subjects previously Paper of Islamyat consisted of four subjective questions each having marks 17.5 and one questions of MCQs of Thirty marks containing 30 MCQs.
The case of Pak Studies was that it consisted of four subjective questions of 20 marks each while one question of 20 marks consisted of MCQs. There were ten MCQs of 2 marks each.
Then there is General Knowledge paper which consists of 100 marks MCQs . It contains 100 MCQs of one marks each.

The papers of English Essay Composition and Urduu had their own pattern.
You can check the paper and their pattern by clicking here.
