Q.1. Enlist major infectious diseases of canine and describe canine distemper disease in detail.

Q.2. Ticks are important vectors for the transmission of livestock diseases. Discuss any two important tick born disease in livestock.

Q.3. Advantages and disadvantages of artificial Insemination and what are the problems faced by the farmers in the adaptation of this technique.

Q.4. Vaccination is an important tool for control of diseases in animals. Explain vaccination schedule of important infectious diseases of small and large ruminants.

Q.5. Indiscriminate use of drug may lead to the development of resistance and tissue residue. Give your suggestions to minimize this problem.

Q.6.Write down the epidemiology, pathogenesis, diagnose clinical findings, and preventive measure of rabies disease in dogs.

Q.7. Metabolic disease are considered to limit milk production in cattle and buffaloes. Name major diseases affecting those animals during lactation period. Discuss in detail exhibiting milk fever disorder.

Q.4. Discuss milk collection, its transportation, processing techniques and the factors which affect the milk quality. Write down advantages and disadvantages of these phases of milk processes.

Q.5. Discuss import of exotic cattle and germ-plasm feasibility in Pakistan.

Q.6. Describe the current states of fodder production in Pakistan. What measures can be adopted to ensure the year round availability of fodder for livestock?

Q.7. What are aflatoxins? Discuss their production in the feed and pathogenicity in the body. What measures can be adopted to lower their levels in the animal products?
