Opt Social work instead of sociology

All these subjects remained scoring in PMS 2019.
If you can prepare these subjects well then go for these subjects.

social work or punjabi , which one is better?
i don't have a background of these two subjects. in my point of view, Punjabi would be better to opt because there is no as such ratta then social work.
so anyone guides me on how to prepare it, or any other suggestion.
